Weigh Feeders
Merrick offers a wide selection of GRAVIMERIK Series Weigh Feeders.
Light Duty
For light duty applications the Series 900 light capacity feeders designed for the process industry and wastewater processing applications. Models are available in belt widths of 6" to 30" (150 to 760mm) and maximum feed rates in the range of 50 to 135,000 lb/hr (20 to 60,000 kg/hr) with a 20:1 turndown from rated capacity. All Series 900 feeders incorporate the Merrick developed cantlivered mainframe for easy belt replacement and conveyor removal.
Heavy Duty
For heavy capacity applications, Merrick offers the GRAVIMERK Series 400 feeders designed for applications in the cement, mining, mineral, aggregate, and power industries. These rugged designs are available in belt widths from 18" to 72" (460 to 1,830 mm) and maximum federates in the range of 25 to 700 tons/hr (23 to 650 metric tons/hr) with a 20:1 turndown from rated capacity. The Model 455 feeder is available with a cantilevered frame for easy belt replacement.
Accessories include inlet gates, discharge hoppers,and sampling valves.
